Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused.

• All tags must be attached.

• Must include the original packaging (excluding shipping box).

• Items must not be stained or have any perfume or odor.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Please note: We do not cover the cost of return shipping or any customs duties/sales tax incurred.

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. To proceed:

• Return the original item for a refund.

• Place a new order for the preferred item.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. This timeframe allows us to quickly verify and resolve any errors. After 48 hours, we may not be able to accept the return.
